About the Role
This is a hands-on senior DevOps role with real architectural and operational ownership.
You’ll:
Own and shape the future of a still-lean cloud environment, with the freedom to design how it scales and hardens over time.
Run many isolated customer environments (each with its own containers, database and VPC), and build the tooling to keep that manageable as the customer base grows.
Instrument the platform so you deeply understand performance, reliability and failure modes.
Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, logs, health checks and alerting, and lead the response to infra-related incidents.
Dramatically speed up and streamline CI/CD so engineers can ship quickly and safely.
Push the DevOps frontier with LLM-aware tooling – think live evals, health checks on AI responses, and agents that spot and diagnose issues before users do.
You’re not just “keeping the lights on” – you’re the person who makes this distributed system robust, observable and fast.
Requirements
What They’re Looking For
Strong experience as a Senior DevOps / Infra / SRE engineer running production systems at scale.
Deep knowledge of Linux, containers, SQL databases and cloud infrastructure.
Passion for orchestration and Infrastructure as Code – you treat infra as software, not tickets.
Experience with Azure or GCP in real production settings.
Comfortable being on-call and leading incident response when infra is on fire.
Bias towards moving fast while still caring about best practices – you know where to be scrappy and where not to cut corners.
Curious about LLMs and AI systems, and keen to build DevOps tooling that takes advantage of them.
